Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) Identification Act 2009 s 10
The Minister may give the Head of DNA Databank directions of a general character consistent with the provisions of this Act relating to the performance of the functions and the exercise of the powers of the Head of DNA Databank and the Head of DNA Databank shall give effect to such directions.
Kuasa Menteri untuk memberikan arahan
Menteri boleh memberikan kepada Ketua Bank Data DNA arahan yang bersifat am yang selaras dengan peruntukan Akta ini yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan fungsi dan penjalanan kuasa Ketua Bank Data DNA dan Ketua Bank Data DNA hendaklah melaksanakan arahan itu.
