Registration of Criminals and Undesirable Persons Act 1969 s 15

s 15 Schedules and forms

(1) The Minister may by order published in the Gazette amend the First and Second Schedules. (2) The Inspector General of Police may by notification published in the Gazette prescribe fingerprint forms or any other form which he deems expedient for the purposes of this Act.

(1) Menteri boleh dengan perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta meminda Jadual Pertama dan Kedua. (2) Ketua Polis Negara boleh melalui pemberitahuan yang disiarkan dalam Warta, menetapkan borang cap jari atau apa-apa borang lain yang disifatkannya suai manfaat bagi maksud Akta ini.
