s 13 Deputy Chairman to be General Manager
(1) The Deputy Chairman shall be the General Manager of the Authority and shall be responsible for the execution of all programmes, schemes or projects, for the carrying out of the decisions of the Authority and the directions of the Chairman.
(2) The Deputy Chairman shall be responsible to the Chairman.
(3) Subject to the directions of the Chairman, the Deputy Chairman shall have administrative control of the officers and servants of the Authority.
(4) The Deputy Chairman shall perform such other or further duties as the Authority or the Minister may from time to time determine or as the Chairman may from time to time direct.

(1) Timbalan Pengerusi ialah Pengurus Besar Lembaga dan hendaklah bertanggungjawab bagi menjalankan segala program, skim atau projek, bagi melaksanakan keputusan Lembaga dar arahan Pengerusi.
(2) Timbalan Pengerusi hendaklali bertanggungjawab kepada Pengerusi.
(3) Tertakluk kepada arahan Pengerusi, Timbalan Pengerusi hendaklah mempunyai kawalan pentadbiran ke atas pegawai dan pekhidmat Lembaga. Timbalan Pengerusi hendaklah melaksanakan apa-apa kewajipan lain atau tambahan sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh atau Menteri boleh dari semasa ke semasa, atau sebagaimana yang diarahkan oleh Pengerusi dari semasa ke semasa.
