s 23 Delegation of powers of the Authority
(1) The Authority may, subject to such conditions, limitations or restrictions as it thinks fit, delegate to the Chairman, Deputy Chairman or any other person the power and authority to carry out on its behalf such powers, duties or functions by this Act vested in or imposed on the Authority as the Authority may determine, except the power to borrow money, raise loans or make regulations; and any power or functions so delegated may be exercised or performed by the Chairman or Deputy Chairman or such other person, in the name and on behalf of the Authority.
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the Authority may delegate to the Chairman, Deputy Chairman, any of its other members or any person authority to sanction expenditure from the Fund or any other money under the control of the Authority up to such limit as the Authority shall in such case specify.

Pewakilan kuasa Lembaga
(1) Tertakluk kepada apa-apa syarat, had atau sekatan yang ditikırkannya patut, Lembaga boleh mewakılkan kuasa kepada Pengerusi, Timbalan Pengerusi atau mana-mana orang lain untuk menjalankan bagı pihaknya apa-apa kuasa, kewajipan atau fungsı yang terletak hak atau yang dipertanggungkan pada Lembaga menurut Akta ini sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Lembaga, kecuali kuasa untuk meminjam wang, mendapatkan pinjaman atau nembuat peraturan-peraturan; dan apa-apa kuasa atau tungsı yang diwakilkan demikian itu boleh dijalankan atau dilaksanakan olel Pengerusi atau Timbalan Pengerusi atau mana-mana orang lain itu, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, atas nama dan bagi pihak Lembaga.
