s 31 Obligation of secrecy
(1) Except for the purpose of this Act or of any criminal proceedings under this Act, no member, officer or servant of the Authority shall disclose any information which has been obtained by him in the course of his duties and which is not published in pursuance of this Act.
(2) Any person contravening subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to both.

(1) Kecuali bagi maksud Akta ini atau bagi maksud sesuatu prosiding jenayah di bawah Akta ini, tiada seseorang ahli, pegawai atau pekhidmat Lembaga boleh menzahirkan apa-apa maklumat yang telah didapatinya semasa menjalankan kewajipannya dan yang tidak disiarkan menurut Akta ini.
(2) Mana-mana orang yang melanggar peruntukan subseksyen
(1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan apabila disabitkan boleh dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi enam bulan atau didenda tidak melebihi satu ribu ringgit atau kedua-duanya. Kuasa untuk membuat peraturan-peraturan
