The Emergency (Essential Powers) Ordinance No. 29, 1970 [P.U.(A)115/1970] is repealed and the Muda Agricultural Development Authority (Incorporation) Regulations 1970 [P.U.(A) 175/1970] is revoked.

(1) Ordinan No. 29 (Kuasa-Kuasa Perlu) Dharurat 1970 [P.U.(A)115/1970] dimansuhkan dan Peraturan-Peraturan Ub(4)175)1970) Batakkasa Kemajuan Pertanian Muda 1970 (2) Pihak Berkuasa Kemajuan Pertanian Muda yang' ditubuhkan di bawah Peraturan-Peraturan (Perbadanan) Pihak Berkuasa Kemajuan Pertanian Muda 1970 hendaklah disifatkan sebągai telah ditubuhkan di bawah Akta ini seolah-olah Pihak berkuasa itu dinamakan "Lembaga Kemajuan Pertanian Muda".
