Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission Act 2009 s 13

s 13 The Secretary

(1) The Commission shall have a Secretary who shall be the chief executive officer of the Commission. (2) The Secretary shall be appointed by the Commission. (3) The Secretary shall be appointed on such terms and conditions and shall have such functions as the Commission may determine.

Setiausaha

(1) Suruhanjaya hendaklah mempunyai seorang Setiausaha yang hendaklah menjadi ketua pegawai eksekutif Suruhanjaya. (2) Setiausaha hendaklah dilantik oleh Suruhanjaya. (3) Setiausaha hendaklah dilantik atas apa-apa terma dan syarat dan hendaklah mempunyai apa-apa fungsi yang ditentukan oleh Suruhanjaya.
