s 46 Funds
The Government shall make allocation of adequate funds annually for the purposes of the Commission to enable the Commission to discharge its functions effectively under this Act.

Kerajaan hendaklah membuat peruntukan dana yang mencukupi secara tahunan bagi maksud Suruhanjaya untuk membolehkan Suruhanjaya menunaikan fungsinya secara berkesan di bawah Akta ini.
