s 4 Jurisdiction of the Committee
The Committee shall have jurisdiction in matters relating to the conduct and discipline of all judges other than the removal of a judge from office under Clause (3) of Article 125 of the Federal Constitution.

Jawatankuasa hendaklah mempunyai bidang kuasa dalam perkara yang berhubungan dengan tatakelakuan dan tatatertib semua hakim selain pemecatan seseorang hakim daripada jawatannya di bawah Fasal (3) Perkara 125 Perlembagaan Persekutuan.
