Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 s 112
An insurance licensee which is a Labuan company may, subject to the prior written consent of the Authority, open any office other than its principal place of business in Labuan, or acquire or establish any subsidiary.

Pemegang lesen insurans yang merupakan suatu syarikat Labuan boleh, tertakluk kepada persetujuan bertulis terlebih dahulu daripada Lembaga, membuka apa-apa pejabat selain tempat perniagaan utamanya di Labuan, atau memperoleh atau menubuhkan apa-apa subsidiari.
