s 158 Restriction on decision-making
A self-regulatory organisation shall not make a decision under its rules that adversely affects the rights of a person unless—
(a) the self-regulatory organisation has given the person an opportunity to make representations about the matter; or
(b) the self-regulatory organisation considers, on reasonable grounds, that any delay in making the decision will prejudicially affect a class of consumers, investors or members of the sector or industry as may be applicable.

Sekatan terhadap membuat keputusan
Sesuatu organisasi kawal selia sendiri tidak boleh membuat keputusan di bawah kaedah-kaedahnya yang memudaratkan hak seseorang melainkan jika—
(a) organisasi kawal selia sendiri itu telah memberi orang itu peluang untuk membuat representasi mengenai perkara itu; atau
(b) organisasi kawal selia sendiri itu berpendapat, atas alasan munasabah, bahawa apa-apa kelengahan dalam membuat keputusan itu akan menjejaskan secara mudarat suatu kelas pengguna, pelabur atau anggota sektor atau industri itu sebagaimana yang terpakai.
