For the purposes of this Division, the powers conferred to the Authority under section 160 shall apply equally with respect to any Labuan corporation or organisation declared or recognised by the Authority as a self-regulatory organisation under section 156.
Kuasa Lembaga berkenaan dengan organisasi kawal selia sendiri
Bagi maksud Penggal ini, kuasa yang diberikan kepada Lembaga di bawah seksyen 160 hendaklah terpakai juga berkenaan dengan mana-mana perbadanan atau organisasi Labuan yang diisytiharkan atau diiktiraf oleh Lembaga sebagai suatu organisasi kawal selia sendiri di bawah seksyen 156.
