Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 s 180
Where there is any conflict or inconsistency with the provisions of this Act and the Labuan Financial Services Authority Act 1996, the provisions of Labuan Financial Services Authority Act 1996 shall prevail.
Pemakaian Akta Lembaga Perkhidmatan Kewangan Labuan
Jika berlaku apa-apa percanggahan atau ketidakselarasan antara peruntukan Akta ini dengan Akta Lembaga Perkhidmatan Kewangan Labuan 1996, peruntukan Akta Lembaga Perkhidmatan Kewangan Labuan 1996 hendaklah mengatasi.
