s 197 Power of Minister to issue directions
(1) The Minister may, on the written recommendation of the Authority, in the public interest, issue, by notification in the Gazette, a direction—
(a) prohibiting the formation of any business or activities, including any class of the business or activities; or
(b) directing a licensed entity, to cease to carry on its business or part of its business either immediately or within such time as may be specified in the direction.
(2) A direction made under this section may be revoked or varied by the Minister.

Kuasa Menteri untuk mengeluarkan arahan
(1) Menteri boleh, atas syor bertulis Lembaga, demi kepentingan awam, mengeluarkan, melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta, suatu arahan—
(a) melarang pembentukan apa-apa perniagaan atau aktiviti, termasuklah apa-apa kelas perniagaan atau aktivitinya; atau
(b) mengarahkan sesuatu entiti berlesen, untuk berhenti menjalankan perniagaannya atau sebahagian daripada perniagaannya sama ada dengan serta-merta atau dalam apa-apa masa yang ditentukan dalam arahan itu.
(2) Sesuatu arahan yang dibuat di bawah seksyen ini boleh dibatalkan atau diubah oleh Menteri.
