In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires “securities licensee” means a person, who for valuable consideration, provides investment advice or administrative services in respect of securities for the purposes of investment, including dealing in securities or such other activity as may be specified by the Authority.

Dalam Bahagian ini, melainkan jika konteksnya menghendaki makna yang lain “pemegang lesen sekuriti” ertinya seseorang, yang untuk mendapatkan balasan bernilai, memberikan nasihat pelaburan atau perkhidmatan pentadbiran berkenaan dengan sekuriti bagi maksud pelaburan, termasuklah berurus niaga sekuriti atau apa-apa aktiviti lain yang ditentukan oleh Lembaga.
