Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 s 65
Where a Labuan trust company is appointed either alone or jointly with any other person as executor in the last will of a testator or in a codicil thereto, regardless of when the will or codicil was made, the Labuan trust company may act as executor and may apply for probate of such will and any codicil thereto, and may do and discharge all the acts and duties of an executor as fully and effectively as any other executor.
Kuasa syarikat amanah Labuan untuk bertindak sebagai wasi
Jika sesuatu syarikat amanah Labuan dilantik sama ada syarikat itu sahaja atau bersesama dengan mana-mana orang lain sebagai wasi dalam wasiat terakhir seseorang pewasiat atau dalam suatu kodisil kepada wasiat itu, tidak kira bila wasiat atau kodisil itu telah dibuat, syarikat amanah Labuan itu boleh bertindak sebagai wasi dan boleh memohon untuk mendapatkan probet bagi wasiat itu dan apa-apa kodisil kepadanya, dan boleh melakukan dan menunaikan semua tindakan dan kewajipan sebagai wasi dengan sepenuhnya dan seberkesannya seperti mana-mana wasi lain.
