Labuan Islamic Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 s 106
The trustee of a Labuan Islamic trust shall ensure that the assets of the Labuan Islamic trust do not include any property which is not permissible based on Shariah principles, and that the assets are managed and invested in a manner that is not in contravention of Shariah principles.
Aset amanah Islam Labuan
Pemegang amanah Islam Labuan hendaklah memastikan bahawa aset amanah Islam Labuan tidak termasuk apa-apa harta yang tidak dibenarkan berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip Shariah, dan bahawa aset itu diuruskan dan dilaburkan mengikut cara yang tidak melanggar prinsip-prinsip Shariah.
