Labuan Islamic Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 s 108
(1) The object and purpose of a Labuan Islamic foundation shall not include any object or purpose which are not in compliance with Shariah principles. (2) A Labuan Islamic foundation shall not carry out any activity which is not in compliance with Shariah principles.
Matlamat dan maksud
(1) Matlamat dan maksud yayasan Islam Labuan tidak termasuk apa-apa matlamat atau maksud yang tidak mematuhi prinsip-prinsip Shariah. (2) Sesuatu yayasan Islam Labuan tidak boleh menjalankan apa-apa aktiviti yang tidak mematuhi prinsip-prinsip Shariah.
