s 116 Obligations of and in relation to officers of an Islamic self- regulatory organization

An Islamic self-regulatory organization shall notify the Authority, in the manner specified by the Authority, as soon as practicable before or after a person is appointed as an officer of the Islamic self-regulatory organization.

Obligasi bagi dan berhubung dengan pegawai suatu organisasi kawal selia sendiri Islam

Sesuatu organisasi kawal selia sendiri Islam hendaklah memberitahu Lembaga, mengikut cara yang ditentukan oleh Lembaga, dengan secepat yang dapat dilaksanakan sebelum atau selepas seseorang dilantik sebagai pegawai organisasi kawal selia sendiri Islam.
