s 120 Protection for an Islamic self-regulatory organization

An Islamic self-regulatory organization, the officer or employee of an Islamic self-regulatory organization or a member of a committee of an Islamic self-regulatory organization shall not be liable for any loss sustained by or damage caused to any person as a result of anything done or omitted by them in the performance, in good faith, of their functions and duties in connection with the regulatory or supervisory functions of the Islamic self-regulatory organization, including those delegated to it by the Authority.

Perlindungan bagi organisasi kawal selia sendiri Islam

Sesuatu organisasi kawal selia sendiri Islam, pegawai atau pekerja organisasi kawal selia sendiri Islam atau seseorang anggota suatu jawatankuasa suatu organisasi kawal selia sendiri Islam tidak boleh bertanggungan bagi apa-apa kerugian yang dialami oleh atau kerosakan yang disebabkan kepada mana-mana orang hasil daripada apa-apa jua yang dilakukan atau ditinggalkan daripada dilakukan olehnya dalam pelaksanaan, dengan suci hati, fungsi dan kewajipan mereka berkaitan dengan fungsi pengawalseliaan atau penyeliaan organisasi kawal selia sendiri Islam, termasuk fungsi yang diwakilkan kepadanya oleh Lembaga.
