For the purposes of this Part, the powers conferred to the Authority under section 117 shall apply equally with respect to any corporations or organizations declared or recognized by the Authority as an Islamic self-regulatory organization under section 113.
Kuasa Lembaga berkenaan dengan organisasi kawal selia sendiri Islam
Bagi maksud Bahagian ini, kuasa yang diberikan kepada Lembaga di bawah seksyen 117 hendaklah terpakai juga berkenaan dengan mana-mana perbadanan atau organisasi yang diisytiharkan atau diiktiraf oleh Lembaga sebagai suatu organisasi kawal selia sendiri Islam di bawah seksyen 113.
