s 123 Appeals
(1) Any person who is aggrieved by the decision of the Authority to refuse an application for a licence or registration or revoke a licence or registration under this Act, may, within thirty days of the decision being notified to him, appeal to the Authority in writing.
(2) The Authority shall, after considering the appeal under subsection (1), make a final decision and shall notify the applicant in writing of its decision.
(3) An applicant who is aggrieved by the decision of the Authority under subsection (2), may within thirty days of the decision being notified to him, appeal to the Minister in writing who may confirm, vary or reverse the decision, and whose decision shall be final.
(4) For the avoidance of doubt, an appeal made under subsections (1) and (3), does not suspend the decision being appealed against.

Rayuan
(1) Mana-mana orang yang terkilan dengan keputusan Lembaga untuk menolak suatu permohonan bagi mendapatkan suatu lesen atau pendaftaran atau membatalkan suatu lesen atau pendaftaran di bawah Akta ini, boleh, dalam masa tiga puluh hari dari hari keputusan diberitahu kepadanya, merayu kepada Lembaga secara bertulis.
(2) Lembaga hendaklah, selepas menimbangkan rayuan di bawah subseksyen (1), membuat suatu keputusan muktamad dan hendaklah memberitahu pemohon secara bertulis tentang keputusannya.
(3) Seseorang pemohon yang terkilan dengan keputusan Lembaga di bawah subseksyen (2), boleh dalam masa tiga puluh hari dari hari keputusan itu diberitahu kepadanya, merayu kepada Menteri secara bertulis yang boleh mengesahkan, mengubah atau mengakaskan keputusan itu, dan keputusan Menteri adalah muktamad.
(4) Bagi mengelakkan keraguan, suatu rayuan yang dibuat di bawah subseksyen (1) dan (3), tidak menggantung keputusan yang rayuan sedang dibuat terhadapnya.
