s 145 Application of Labuan Financial Services Authority Act
In the event of any inconsistencies between any provision of this Act and the provisions in the Labuan Financial Services Authority Act 1996, the latter shall prevail.

Pemakaian Akta Lembaga Perkhidmatan Kewangan Labuan
Sekiranya terdapat apa-apa ketidakselarasan antara manamana peruntukan Akta ini dengan peruntukan dalam Akta Lembaga Perkhidmatan Kewangan Labuan 1996, Akta Lembaga Perkhidmatan Kewangan Labuan 1966 hendaklah dipakai.
