s 158 Power of the Minister to amend Schedules

(1) The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Authority, from time to time by order published in the Gazette, vary, delete, add to, substitute for, or otherwise amend any of the Schedules in this Act and upon such publication, such Schedule as varied, deleted, added to, substituted for or otherwise amended, shall come into full force and effect and shall be deemed to be an integral part of this Act as from the date of such publication, or from such later date as may be specified in the order. (2) The Minister, in varying, deleting or substituting any of the Schedules referred to in subsection (1) may impose such terms and conditions as he thinks necessary.

Kuasa Menteri untuk meminda Jadual

(1) Menteri boleh, atas syor Lembaga, dari semasa ke semasa melalui perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta, mengubah, memotong, menambah, menggantikan, atau selainnya meminda mana-mana Jadual dalam Akta ini dan apabila disiarkan sedemikian, Jadual itu sebagaimana yang telah diubah, dipotong, ditambah, digantikan atau selainnya dipinda, hendaklah mempunyai kuat kuasa dan kesan sepenuhnya dan hendaklah disifatkan menjadi bahagian penting Akta ini mulai tarikh penyiaran itu, atau dari apa-apa tarikh yang lebih terkemudian sebagaimana yang ditentukan dalam perintah itu. (2) Menteri, dalam mengubah, memotong atau menggantikan mana-mana Jadual yang disebut dalam subseksyen (1) boleh mengenakan apa-apa terma dan syarat sebagaimana yang difikirkannya perlu.
