Where an information memorandum or such other offering document is lodged by the Islamic private fund with the Authority under section 34, neither the Authority nor any of its officers or employees shall be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any person or persons by reason of any error, mis-statement or omission of whatever nature appearing therein.
Pengetepian liabiliti bagi kesilapan atau peninggalan dalam memorandum maklumat atau dokumen tawaran lain
Jika sesuatu memorandum maklumat atau dokumen tawaran lain diserahkan oleh dana persendirian Islam kepada Lembaga di bawah seksyen 34, baik Lembaga mahupun mana-mana pegawainya atau pekerjanya tidaklah bertanggungan bagi apa-apa kehilangan atau kerugian yang dialami oleh mana-mana orang disebabkan oleh apa-apa kesilapan, pernyataan silap atau peninggalan walau apa jua jenis yang terdapat dalamnya.
