Labuan Islamic Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 s 74
The Islamic bank licensee shall comply with the requirements with respect to financial statements, statistics and information to the Authority as specified in the Third Schedule.
Penyata kewangan, statistik dan maklumat hendaklah dikemukakan kepada Lembaga
Pemegang lesen bank Islam hendaklah mematuhi kehendak berkenaan dengan penyata kewangan, statistik dan maklumat kepada Lembaga sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Ketiga.
