Every Labuan takaful operator carrying on family takaful business shall appoint an actuary annually within such period as may be specified by the Authority.

Tiap-tiap pengendali takaful Labuan yang menjalankan perniagaan takaful keluarga hendaklah melantik seorang aktuari pada setiap tahun dalam apa-apa tempoh sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Lembaga.
