Labuan Islamic Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 s 88
A takaful licensee under this Part may, subject to the prior written consent of the Authority or as may be permitted by the Authority from time to time, open any office other than its principal place of business in Labuan, or acquire or establish any subsidiary.
Subsidiari dan pejabat pemegang lesen takaful
Pemegang lesen takaful di bawah Bahagian ini boleh, tertakluk kepada keizinan bertulis terlebih dahulu Lembaga, atau sebagaimana yang dibenarkan oleh Lembaga dari semasa ke semasa, membuka apa-apa pejabat selain tempat perniagaan utamanya di Labuan, atau memperoleh atau menubuhkan apa-apa subsidiari.
