s 1 Short title and commencement
(1) This Act may be cited as the Labuan Foundations Act 2010. (2) This Act comes into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette.

(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Yayasan Labuan 2010. (2) Akta ini mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta.
