s 14 Registration
(1) An application for the registration of a Labuan foundation shall be made by the secretary of the Labuan foundation to the Authority in the form to be made available by the Authority, and accompanied by the prescribed fee and the documents specified in the Fourth Schedule.
(2) The secretary shall, prior to the application made in subsection (1), conduct reasonable enquiries to verify the information disclosed in the application.
(3) The secretary may furnish such other particulars as the secretary shall in his absolute discretion wish to include in the application.
(4) The Authority may request for further particulars to be furnished by the Labuan foundation applying for registration.

Pendaftaran
(1) Sesuatu permohonan bagi pendaftaran suatu yayasan Labuan hendaklah dibuat oleh setiausaha yayasan Labuan itu kepada Lembaga dalam borang yang disediakan oleh Lembaga, dan disertakan dengan fi yang ditetapkan dan dokumen yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Keempat.
(2) Setiausaha hendaklah, sebelum permohonan dibuat dalam subseksyen (1), menjalankan siasatan yang munasabah untuk menentusahkan maklumat yang dizahirkan dalam permohonan itu.
(3) Setiausaha hendaklah mengemukakan apa-apa butiran lain sebagaimana yang dihasratkan oleh setiausaha mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya untuk dimasukkan dalam permohonan itu.
(4) Lembaga boleh meminta butiran selanjutnya dikemukakan oleh yayasan Labuan yang memohon untuk didaftarkan.
