Labuan Foundations Act 2010 s 15
(1) Upon the registration of a Labuan foundation, the Authority shall issue a certificate in respect of the registration and such certificate shall be signed by the Authority or any of its authorized officers and sealed with the seal of the Authority. (2) The certificate of registration issued under subsection (1) shall be conclusive evidence that the Labuan foundation is registered by the name specified in the certificate with the Authority.
Perakuan pendaftaran
(1) Apabila sesuatu yayasan Labuan didaftarkan, Lembaga hendaklah mengeluarkan suatu perakuan berkenaan dengan pendaftaran itu dan perakuan itu hendaklah ditandatangani oleh Lembaga atau mana-mana pegawai diberi kuasanya dan dimeteraikan dengan meterai Lembaga. (2) Perakuan pendaftaran yang dikeluarkan di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah menjadi keterangan muktamad bahawa yayasan Labuan itu didaftarkan, dengan nama yang dinyatakan dalam perakuan, dengan Lembaga.
