(1) If any change is made or occurs in any of the particulars registered in respect of a Labuan foundation, the secretary of such Labuan foundation shall within thirty days after the change, or such further period as the Authority may on application allow, file with the Authority a notice signed by an officer of the Labuan foundation, specifying the nature of the change.
(2) If a Labuan foundation fails to comply with subsection (1), the Labuan foundation, the secretary and every officer who is in default shall be liable to an administrative penalty.

Perubahan butiran
(1) Jika apa-apa perubahan dibuat atau berlaku berhubung mana-mana butiran yang didaftarkan berkenaan dengan sesuatu yayasan Labuan, setiausaha yayasan Labuan itu hendaklah dalam tempoh tiga puluh hari selepas perubahan itu, atau apa-apa tempoh lanjutan yang dibenarkan oleh Lembaga atas permohonan, memfailkan dengan Lembaga suatu notis yang ditandatangani oleh seorang pegawai yayasan Labuan itu, yang menyatakan bentuk perubahan itu.
(2) Jika sesuatu yayasan Labuan tidak mematuhi subseksyen (1), yayasan Labuan itu, setiausaha dan tiap-tiap pegawai yang ingkar bolehlah dikenakan penalti pentadbiran.
