s 19 Rights and obligations of Labuan foundation not affected by change of name
(1) The change of name of a Labuan foundation shall not affect the identity of the Labuan foundation or any rights or obligations of the Labuan foundation or render defective any proceedings by or against the Labuan foundation.
(2) Any proceedings, whether civil or criminal, pending or existing by or against the Labuan foundation under its former name may be continued or instituted by or against the Labuan foundation by the new name of the Labuan foundation.

Hak dan obligasi yayasan Labuan tidak terjejas oleh pertukaran Nama
(1) Pertukaran nama sesuatu yayasan Labuan tidak menjejaskan identiti yayasan Labuan itu atau mana-mana hak atau obligasi yayasan Labuan itu atau mencacatkan apa-apa prosiding oleh atau terhadap yayasan Labuan itu.
(2) Apa-apa prosiding, sama ada sivil atau jenayah, yang belum selesai atau sedia ada oleh atau terhadap yayasan Labuan itu atas namanya yang terdahulu, boleh diteruskan atau dimulakan oleh atau terhadap yayasan Labuan itu atas nama baru yayasan Labuan itu
