Labuan Foundations Act 2010 s 28
A council member who intends to cease acting in that capacity shall give at least thirty days prior notice in writing of his intention to the Labuan foundation not later than seven days before such member intends to cease acting in that capacity.
Pemberhentian anggota majlis
Anggota majlis yang berhasrat untuk berhenti bertindak dalam sifat itu hendaklah memberikan sekurang-kurangnya tiga puluh hari notis terdahulu secara bertulis mengenai hasratnya itu kepada yayasan Labuan itu tidak lewat daripada tujuh hari sebelum anggota itu berhasrat untuk berhenti bertindak dalam sifat itu.
