s 29 Appointment of supervisory person
(1) Where the constituent document provides for the appointment of a supervisory person, the provisions of sections 25, 26, 27 and 28 shall apply mutatis mutandis, subject to the constituent document, to that appointment and that supervisory person.
(2) Where a Labuan foundation has a supervisory person in lieu of or in addition to a council member, all references in this Act to a council and council members shall be construed to include such supervisory person.

Pelantikan orang yang menyelia
(1) Jika peruntukan dokumen konstituen mengadakan peruntukan bagi pelantikan orang yang menyelia, peruntukan seksyen 25, 26, 27 dan 28 hendaklah terpakai mutatis mutandis, tertakluk kepada dokumen konstituen, kepada pelantikan itu dan orang yang menyelia itu.
(2) Jika sesuatu yayasan Labuan mempunyai orang yang menyelia sebagai ganti atau tambahan kepada anggota majlis, semua sebutan dalam Akta ini mengenai majlis dan anggota majlis hendaklah ditafsirkan termasuk orang yang menyelia itu.
