s 32 Rights of council

(1) In addition to the rights of the council provided for in the constituent document and in the other provisions of this Act, the council shall have the following rights: (a) to be informed of all meetings of the officers; (b) to attend and be heard but not to vote at meetings of the officers; (c) where any business of a Labuan foundation is conducted by the circulation of documents, to be included in the circulation of documents at the time that they are circulated to the officers; (d) where any business of a Labuan foundation is conducted by the delegation of powers to an officer, to be informed of the terms and any exercise of the power that has been delegated. (2) The council shall have access to the books, records, accounts and vouchers of the Labuan foundation.

Hak majlis

(1) Sebagai tambahan kepada hak majlis yang diperuntukkan dalam dokumen konstituen dan dalam peruntukan lain Akta ini, majlis hendaklah mempunyai hak yang berikut: (a) untuk dimaklumkan mengenai semua mesyuarat pegawai; (b) untuk hadir dan didengar tetapi tidak untuk mengundi dalam mesyuarat pegawai; (c) jika apa-apa urusan sesuatu yayasan Labuan dijalankan melalui pengedaran dokumen, untuk diedarkan juga kepadanya dokumen itu pada masa dokumen itu diedarkan kepada pegawai; (d) jika apa-apa urusan sesuatu yayasan Labuan dijalankan melalui pewakilan kuasa kepada seseorang pegawai, untuk dimaklumkan mengenai terma dan apa-apa penjalanan kuasa yang diwakilkan itu. (2) Majlis hendaklah mempunyai akses kepada buku, rekod, akaun dan baucar yayasan Labuan.
