Labuan Foundations Act 2010 s 39
An officer of a Labuan foundation who intends to cease acting as such officer shall give at least thirty days prior notice in writing of his intention to the Labuan foundation and lodge with the Authority a declaration of his intention.
Pemberhentian pegawai
Seseorang pegawai suatu yayasan Labuan yang berhasrat untuk berhenti bertindak sebagai pegawai hendaklah memberikan sekurangkurangnya tiga puluh hari notis terdahulu secara bertulis mengenai hasratnya itu kepada yayasan Labuan itu dan menyerahkan kepada Lembaga suatu perisytiharan mengenai hasratnya itu.
