Labuan Foundations Act 2010 s 42
Where the secretary intends to cease acting as the secretary to that Labuan foundation, he shall give at least thirty days prior notice in writing of his intention to the Labuan foundation and lodge with the Authority a declaration of his intention.
Pemberhentian setiausaha
Jika setiausaha berhasrat untuk berhenti bertindak sebagai setiausaha bagi yayasan Labuan, dia hendaklah memberikan sekurang-kurangnya tiga puluh hari notis terdahulu secara bertulis mengenai hasratnya itu kepada yayasan Labuan itu dan menyerahkan kepada Lembaga suatu perisytiharan mengenai hasratnya itu.
