s 43 Documents to be filed through secretary
(1) Every document or instrument required or permitted to be filed or lodged with the Authority under this Act shall be filed or lodged through the secretary of a Labuan foundation.
(2) Every application to the Authority for any certificate or for any extract or copy of any certificate to be issued under this Act or of any document filed or lodged with the Authority shall be made through the secretary of a Labuan foundation.
(3) The secretary of a Labuan foundation shall ensure the validity, veracity and authenticity of any instrument or document it files or lodges with the Authority on behalf of a Labuan foundation.
(4) Subsection (2) shall not apply where an application is made in respect of a Labuan foundation by any of the founders, officers, council members or beneficiaries of that Labuan foundation and the document, certificate, extract or copy is for his own personal use.

Dokumen hendaklah difailkan melalui setiausaha
(1) Tiap-tiap dokumen atau surat cara yang dikehendaki atau dibenarkan difailkan dengan atau diserahkan kepada Lembaga di
bawah Akta ini hendaklah difailkan atau diserahkan melalui setiausaha suatu yayasan Labuan.
(2) Tiap-tiap permohonan kepada Lembaga bagi apa-apa perakuan atau bagi apa-apa cabutan atau salinan apa-apa perakuan yang dikeluarkan di bawah Akta ini atau apa-apa dokumen yang difailkan dengan atau diserahkan kepada Lembaga hendaklah dibuat melalui setiausaha suatu yayasan Labuan.
(3) Setiausaha suatu yayasan Labuan hendaklah memastikan kesahan, kebenaran dan ketulenan apa-apa surat cara atau dokumen yang difailkannya dengan atau diserahkannya kepada Lembaga bagi pihak suatu yayasan Labuan.
(4) Subseksyen (2) tidak terpakai jika sesuatu permohonan dibuat berkenaan dengan sesuatu yayasan Labuan oleh mana-mana pengasas, pegawai, anggota majlis atau benefisiari yayasan Labuan itu dan dokumen, perakuan, cabutan atau salinan itu adalah untuk kegunaan persendiriannya.
