s 64 Court may order information to be made available to beneficiary
(1) In the event that a Labuan foundation does not comply with a request for information under section 62 or does not make the documents available for inspection in accordance with sections 62 and 63 within a reasonable time, the Court may, upon application by the beneficiary, order—
(a) the provision of the information requested; and
(b) the inspection of the documents, if appropriate, by a person professionally qualified to assess the information contained in the documents and report to the beneficiary by whom the application to the Court was made.
(2) Any council member, supervisory person or officer of a Labuan foundation who fails to take all reasonable steps to secure compliance by the Labuan foundation with the requirements of this section, or has by his own wilful act been the cause of noncompliance, is himself liable for the act of non-compliance and shall be committed to any order as the Court thinks fit.

Mahkamah boleh memerintahkan maklumat diberikan kepada benefisiari
(1) Sekiranya sesuatu yayasan Labuan tidak memenuhi permintaan untuk mendapatkan maklumat di bawah seksyen 62 atau tidak menyediakan dokumen boleh untuk pemeriksaan mengikut seksyen 62 dan 63 dalam masa yang munasabah, Mahkamah boleh, atas permohonan benefisiari itu, memerintahkan—
(a) supaya diberikan maklumat yang diminta itu; dan
(b) pemeriksaan dokumen itu, jika wajar, oleh orang yang mempunyai kelayakan profesional untuk menilai maklumat yang terkandung dalam dokumen itu dan melaporkan kepada benefisiari yang membuat permohonan itu kepada Mahkamah.
(2) Mana-mana anggota majlis, orang yang menyelia atau pegawai sesuatu yayasan Labuan yang tidak mengambil segala langkah yang munasabah untuk memastikan pematuhan oleh yayasan Labuan itu akan kehendak seksyen ini, atau dengan perbuatan sengajanya menyebabkan ketidakpatuhan, juga dengan sendirinya bertanggungjawab terhadap ketidakpatuhan tersebut dan hendaklah dikomitkan kepada apa-apa perintah sebagaimana yang difikirkan patut oleh Mahkamah.
