s 66 Delegation of power to authorise distribution to beneficiary by officer
(1) Except where the constituent document otherwise provides—
(a) the officers acting unanimously may delegate to any one of themselves by a document signed by each of them, the power of the officers to authorise a distribution to a beneficiary; and
(b) the power so delegated under paragraph (a) shall be exercised as provided for in the document of delegation.
(2) Subsection (1) shall apply to the officer to whom the power is delegated in the exercise of that power as if the reference in that subsection to the officer exercising the delegated power was a reference to the officers acting jointly.

Pewakilan kuasa untuk memberi kuasa pembahagian kepada benefisiari oleh pegawai
(1) Kecuali jika dokumen konstituen memperuntukkan selainnya—
(a) pegawai yang bertindak sebulat suara boleh mewakilkan kepada salah seorang daripada mereka melalui dokumen yang ditandatangani oleh setiap daripada mereka, kuasa pegawai itu untuk memberi kuasa pembahagian kepada benefisiari; dan
(b) kuasa yang diwakilkan sedemikian di bawah perenggan
(a) hendaklah dijalankan sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan dalam dokumen pewakilan kuasa itu.
(2) Subseksyen (1) hendaklah terpakai bagi pegawai yang kepadanya kuasa diwakilkan bagi penjalanan kuasa itu seolah-olah sebutan dalam subseksyen itu mengenai pegawai yang menjalankan kuasa yang diwakilkan itu ialah sebutan bagi pegawai yang bertindak bersesama.
