Labuan Foundations Act 2010 s 82
The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Authority, exempt any Labuan foundation from any of the provisions of this Act and may, in granting such exemption, impose such terms and conditions as the Minister thinks fit.
Kuasa Menteri untuk memberikan pengecualian
Menteri boleh, atas syor Lembaga, mengecualikan mana-mana yayasan Labuan daripada mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini dan boleh, dalam memberikan pengecualian itu, mengenakan apa-apa terma dan syarat yang difikirkan patut oleh Menteri.
