Labuan Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2010 s 20

s 20 Admission of additional limited partners and general partners

An additional limited partner or general partner shall not be admitted to a Labuan limited partnership except— (a) in accordance with the partnership agreement or by consent of all existing partners; and (b) by entry in the register under subsection 9(5).

Penerimaan masuk pekongsi terhad dan pekongsi am tambahan

Seseorang pekongsi terhad atau pekongsi am tambahan tidak boleh diterima masuk ke dalam sesuatu perkongsian terhad Labuan kecuali— (a) mengikut perjanjian perkongsian atau dengan persetujuan semua pekongsi sedia ada; dan (b) dengan catatan dalam daftar di bawah subseksyen 9(5).
