Labuan Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2010 s 39
All proceedings by or against the Labuan limited partnership or Labuan company, as the case may be, which are pending on the date of registration may be continued, completed and enforced by or against the Labuan limited liability partnership.
