Labuan Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2010 s 42
s 42 Existing contracts, etc.
All deeds, contracts, schemes, bonds, agreements, applications, instruments and arrangements subsisting immediately before the date of registration relating to the Labuan limited partnership or Labuan company, or to which the Labuan limited partnership or Labuan company is a party, shall continue in force on and after that date as if they relate to the Labuan limited liability partnership and shall be enforceable by or against the Labuan limited liability partnership as if the Labuan limited liability partnership were named therein or were a party thereto instead of the Labuan limited partnership or Labuan company.

Kontrak sedia ada, dsb.
Semua surat ikatan, kontrak, skim, bon, perjanjian, permohonan, surat cara dan perkiraan yang wujud sebaik sebelum tarikh pendaftaran yang berhubungan dengan perkongsian terhad Labuan atau syarikat Labuan, atau yang kepadanya perkongsian terhad Labuan atau syarikat Labuan itu ialah suatu pihak, hendaklah terus berkuat kuasa pada dan selepas tarikh itu seolah-olah ia berhubungan dengan perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan dan boleh dikuatkuasakan oleh atau terhadap perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan itu seolah-olah perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan itu dinamakan dalamnya atau menjadi suatu pihak kepadanya dan bukannya perkongsian terhad Labuan atau syarikat Labuan itu.
