Labuan Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2010 s 44
s 44 Existing appointment, authority or power
(1) Every appointment of the Labuan limited partnership or Labuan company in any role or capacity which is in force immediately before the date of registration shall take effect and operate from that date as if the Labuan limited liability partnership were appointed.
(2) Any authority or power conferred on the Labuan limited partnership or Labuan company which is in force immediately before the date of registration shall take effect and operate from that date as if it were conferred on the Labuan limited liability partnership.

Pelantikan, autoriti atau kuasa sedia ada
(1) Tiap-tiap pelantikan perkongsian terhad Labuan atau syarikat Labuan itu dalam apa-apa peranan atau sifat yang berkuat kuasa sebaik sebelum tarikh pendaftaran hendaklah berkuat kuasa dan beroperasi dari tarikh itu seolah-olah perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan itu yang telah dilantik.
(2) Apa-apa autoriti atau kuasa yang diberikan kepada perkongsian terhad Labuan atau syarikat Labuan itu yang berkuat kuasa sebaik sebelum tarikh pendaftaran hendaklah berkuat kuasa dan beroperasi dari tarikh itu seolah-olah autoriti atau kuasa itu diberikan kepada perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan.
