Labuan Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2010 s 50
s 50 Registered office of recognized limited liability partnership
(1) Every recognized limited liability partnership shall at all times have a registered office in Labuan, which office shall be the principal office of a Labuan trust company.
(2) Notice of the location of the registered office and any change thereof shall be filed with the Authority within one month after the date of registration of the recognized limited liability partnership or the date of the change, as the case may be.
(3) If default is made in complying with this section the recognized limited liability partnership and every designated partner commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit.

Pejabat berdaftar perkongsian liabiliti terhad yang diiktiraf
(1) Tiap-tiap perkongsian liabiliti terhad yang diiktiraf hendaklah pada bila-bila masa mempunyai suatu pejabat berdaftar di Labuan, yang hendaklah merupakan pejabat utama bagi suatu syarikat amanah Labuan.
(2) Notis mengenai lokasi pejabat berdaftar dan apa-apa perubahan mengenainya hendaklah difailkan dengan Lembaga dalam masa sebulan selepas tarikh pendaftaran perkongsian liabiliti terhad yang diiktiraf itu atau tarikh perubahan itu, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan.
(3) Jika terdapat keingkaran dalam mematuhi seksyen ini perkongsian liabiliti terhad yang diiktiraf itu dan tiap-tiap pekongsi ditetapkan melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi sepuluh ribu ringgit.
