s 53 Cessation of business in Labuan
If a recognized limited liability partnership ceases to have a place of business or to carry on business in Labuan it shall, within thirty days after it so ceases, file with the Authority notice of that fact, and as from the day on which the notice is so filed, its obligation to file any document, not being a document that ought to have been filed before that day, with the Authority shall cease, and the Authority shall forthwith remove the name of the recognized limited liability partnership from the register.

Pemberhentian perniagaan di Labuan
Jika sesuatu perkongsian liabiliti terhad yang diiktiraf terhenti mempunyai tempat perniagaan atau terhenti menjalankan perniagaan di Labuan perkongsian liabiliti terhad yang diiktiraf itu hendaklah, dalam masa tiga puluh hari selepas terhenti sedemikian, memfailkan dengan Lembaga notis tentang hakikat itu, dan dari hari notis itu difailkan sedemikian, obligasinya untuk memfailkan apa-apa dokumen, yang bukannya suatu dokumen yang sepatutnya telah difailkan sebelum hari itu, dengan Lembaga hendaklah terhenti, dan Lembaga hendaklah dengan serta-merta mengeluarkan nama perkongsian liabiliti terhad yang diiktiraf itu daripada daftar.
