Labuan Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2010 s 59
Unless otherwise provided in the partnership agreement, a partner may enter into a transaction with the Labuan limited liability partnership, including lending money to and borrowing money from it.

Melainkan jika diperuntukkan selainnya dalam perjanjian perkongsian, seseorang pekongsi boleh membuat transaksi dengan perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan, termasuklah meminjamkan wang kepada dan meminjam wang daripadanya.
