Labuan Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2010 s 74
The records which a Labuan limited partnership and a Labuan limited liability partnership are required by this Act to keep may be kept in the form of photographic film or may be entered or recorded by a system of mechanical or electronic data processing or any other information storage device that is capable of reproducing any required information in intelligible written form within a reasonable time.

Rekod-rekod yang sesuatu perkongsian terhad Labuan dan perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan dikehendaki oleh Akta ini untuk disimpan boleh disimpan dalam bentuk filem fotografi atau boleh dicatatkan atau direkodkan melalui sistem pemprosesan data secara mekanik atau elektronik atau apa-apa peranti penyimpanan maklumat lain yang berupaya mengeluarkan semula apa-apa maklumat yang dikehendaki dalam bentuk bertulis yang dapat difahami dalam masa yang munasabah.
